1 hr Run a course that provides some
rolling hills. Try to maintain your pace
on the hills and recover on the downhill.
This run should be done slightle faster
than goal race pace.
4:00 hr Bike ride CDA course
Ride one loop of the CDA course in the AM.
Work the hills, recover on the downhill.
Endurance miles. Easy aerobic pace, Z1, Z2
