with you speed. In 2 min intervals

Basically I want you to run faster and then
slower over the course of an hour. It would
be great if you ran on a rolling course and mixed
in some small hills as well. Work the hills.

this week. The weather sucks. If it is nice
go outside. I would like some longer tempo

These should be uncomfortable but not anaerobic.
